I offer personal
training sessions 6 days a week within the Cambridge area with a variety of slots to suit most needs.
Different clients have different personal training needs and therefore some clients may need to see a personal trainer
every week whilst others may want to see a personal trainer less frequently and work largely on their own but value
the expert value a personal trainer can input into their programmes.
Outside your personal training sessions you may need support to help you achieve
your goals. Support is available via telephone, text and email.

As a personal trainer I pride myself in offering one
of the best personal training rates in the Cambridge area not because im inexperienced as I have nearly 14 years experience
nor as I'm not busy - to be frank my diary is pretty much full. I simply believe fitness should be affordable and
some personal trainers charge too much. My standard one to one personal training rate is
£35 per hour with package prices bringing that down. Group Personal Trainer Sessions prices have a standard
rate of £40 with package prices bringing that lower.
