Small Group Personal Training Sessions is a new product launched
last February limited to 6-8 people, tailored to the groups goals with fitness assessments, optional homework and support.
Aiming to give a more individual approach to group fitness than offered in my other fitness classes. Just one
contact hour per week with the option to do other classes at special rates. This year the participants in the
Small Group Personal Training Sessions have recorded an average weight loss of 7.2IIBs in just 8 weeks. The typical cost for
